The student
A student with the drive, the scores, and a clear sense of what they wanted — but no US clinical experience and no way to get it. Every hospital said the same thing: apply through our GME office. Every GME office said the same thing: you need a preceptor first. No way in.

ShadovMentor charges a flat platform fee per rotation week. Pricing is unified for all students — US and international. Physicians are paid directly through the platform after each rotation is confirmed complete.

⚠️ Weekend rotations — hospital settings only. If you practice in a private or outpatient office, please do not schedule students on weekends.
As a ShadovMentor physician, you will provide:
1.Clinical Shadowing — students rotate with you in your clinic or hospital setting
2.Letter of Recommendation — provided within 30 days of rotation completion
3.Mentoring — guidance and insight into US medical practice and the path forward

What happens next: We will verify your NPI, state license, and OIG status, then send you the Mentorship Agreement and Code of Conduct to sign. This typically takes 2-3 business days.
